New Yoga class starts running in Cardiff, at Samye Foundation Wales.
The class will be Hatha Flow, the level being adjusted to the individuals in the group and modifications will be given according to their unique body structures. Therefore the class is suitable for any age, gender, size, shape or level of experience.
Yoga is much more than just physical exercise, hence Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are essential parts of my classes, as well as Asana (postures). I love using different instruments for a sound bath at the end of the session for relaxation.
Attendance is free of charge, however donations are always welcome. 😊
Bring your own mat, wear something comfy, and come let's breathe together!
