For those at the beginning of their yoga journey…
Whether you’ve already done some beginners yoga or you’re brand shiny new to the practice, these classes let you start or continue in a supportive environment where you’re able to progress at the pace that suits you.
With the appropriate guidance everyone will build on their foundations, and advance what they already know. We’ll learn a variety of postures and breathing techniques and, mix together isolated postures and more flowing sequences to develop increased body awareness, strength and flexibility.
This is an inclusive class to suit a multitude of people – helping you to develop confidence in your practice and discover how to take more of your yoga away into day-to-day life. All you need is your mat!
